Dr Kareem's Fat Loss Program - Does Double Edged Fat Loss Work?

Ever since the Double Edged Fat Loss program by Dr. Kareem Samhouri was first released, there's been a lot of interest in this program and how and why it works. Dr Kareem's fat loss method is indeed intriguing since it combines elements from various disciplines and fields including metabolism studies, neural fitness, Kinesiology, physiotherapy and so on.
The foundation of Dr. Kareem's fat loss system is neural fitness. This is a concept which involves working out in specific ways (and accurate form) in order to improve the way your body's neural system functions. It's like being able to increase the flow of water through a pipe once an obstruction has been removed from within. The water flows faster and without disruption. This is the way your neural signals are supposed to run as well.
The big benefit of improving your neural flow is that it may lead to greater fat burning rate and better muscle development. This is exactly what the Double Edge Fat Loss program is all about: helping you achieve results rapidly.
However, neural fat loss is easier described than achieved. This is something that Dr. Kareem Samhouri specializes in. When I asked him in a recent interview about how this can be achieved he talked about the following elements:
1. Working in a variety of directions and movements: forward, sideways, backward, etc.
2. Muscle balancing - making sure that no muscle group is overly strong while the others lack behind. You can see this in people who train a lot in gyms and have stronger chests than back which makes them develop a sort of leaning posture.
3. Making sure your muscle strength is in tune with your muscle strength. Again it's all about balance.
4. Being able to "psych" yourself for your coming workouts. This is a bit tricky to explain but it has to do with the connection between your mindset and your workout results.
And there are tons of other tricks and methods that Dr. Kareem shares in his program. However, the big key is proper form. Basically, if you do your workouts right (and most of us don't), you may improve your neural fitness and achieve faster results.
